01 - 8 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

03 - 8 slices deli ham

06 - 60 ml cream cheese, softened
07 - 30 ml mayonnaise
08 - 15 ml Dijon mustard

09 - 30 g baby spinach leaves

# Method:
01 - Lay out bread slices on a flat surface and gently flatten each with a rolling pin.
02 - Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Dijon mustard in a bowl until smooth.
03 - Evenly spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each flattened bread slice.
04 - Layer one slice each of turkey, ham, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese onto each bread slice.
05 - Place a few baby spinach leaves and red bell pepper strips atop the meats and cheeses.
06 - Starting from one edge, tightly roll each bread slice into a log.
07 - Trim the ends of each roll, then slice each into three equal pieces.
