# Method:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and brush evenly with Dijon mustard.
03 - Layer sliced salami evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
04 - Roll up the pastry tightly from one long edge to create a log shape.
05 - Cut the log into 16 equal portions and arrange them cut side up on the prepared tray.
06 - Brush tops of scrolls with beaten egg for a golden finish.
07 - Bake for 16 to 18 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
08 - Allow scrolls to cool for 5 minutes before serving warm or at room temperature.
